For all other skincare products, to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in mint condition. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to their error, or any item that is returned more than 48 hours after delivery, may only be granted partial e-vouchers.

Once the return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify the customer that the returned item has been received. The customer will also be notified of the approval or rejection of the e-voucher generation request. The timeline for the e-voucher generation is 48 hours after receipt of the product at their warehouse.
